Every gram you buy is backed by an equal quantity of physical gold, which is held in secure vaults on your behalf by our Partner Providers. How pure is Rati digital gold?

Rati digital gold is 24 karat gold of up to 99.99% purity (999.9 fineness), as stated by our Partner Providers for the gold that backs your holding.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?

You can start with as little as Rs. 100. You can buy by amount (for example Rs. 500) or by weight (for example 0.5 gram), and add more whenever you like.

Where is my gold stored, and is it safe?

The physical gold backing your purchase is stored in secure vaults run by verified vaulting partners of our Partner Providers. Your holding is recorded against your account, and transaction records and holding statements are maintained by the Partner Provider.

How do I sell my digital gold?

You can sell all or part of your holding at the prevailing sell price. The amount is credited to your registered bank account as per the Partner Provider’s settlement terms, usually within a few working days.

Can I convert digital gold into gold coins or bars?

Yes. You can redeem your holding for 24K gold coins or bars in the denominations available at the time, delivered to your address. Making, packaging and delivery charges may apply and are shown before you confirm.
